Hi. I appreciate you might not know the answer. But we are trying to get pregnant and I had multiple chemical pregnancies. My fertility Dr ordered a lot of tests and everything was good. But I tested positive for anti Ro/SSA (nothing else) and have no symptoms. She didn’t know much about it. Do you know what does it mean? Being positive for SSA but not lupus? I got the result today.

I know that this is a old video but i want to comment. I have been grinding my teeth forever and also have TMJ. I have swelling under my jaw for over 2 years, sometimes big, and other times barely visible. I have clogged ears like i am in an airplane most times, I have excessive saliva production and feeling of lump in the throat. I also get involuntary burping often. My doctor can't find anything concrete. I hear about GERD, and LPR but it's not confirm.

I work part time as a housekeeper for the clinic. But even then, it's becoming more and more challenging for me to complete my tasks. I requested more breaks for accommodation. The chronic fatigue and pain are making it difficult for me at the moment. I see the rheumatologist next month! Wish me luck y'all's. The anxiety and depression has been hitting me hard lately

Lupus is simply dirty blood. The diet is probably terrible. Green vegetables, fruits, juice lemons for water, probably will help you greatly. Try to eat organic in no junk food 🙏🏻❤️

First time for me at 79 years old. Saw family physician on third day where he prescribed antibiotics and advised it was OK to go on my three day, family camping trip since I would only be three hours away by car. Fourth day, swelling doubled so I spent seven hours in emergency room of busy, major hospital, including four hours in waiting room. Fifth day, just after midnight, admitted to hospital for IV introduction of two broad spectrum antibiotics and steroids plus numerous daily stabs to get blood, blood thinners, Etc. Seventh day, still in hospital waiting for blood cultures to come back so they can ID the bug and narrow the antibiotics. I’m told I’ll be here until ninth day, at least. Maybe longer. Good part is that I don’t feel sick in any way, I have 100% insurance and I have fantastic family who spend all afternoon with me every day. 😍🥰 The bottom line is DON’T SCREW AROUND with this for three days like I did. Force an immediate appointment any way you can but see a doctor right away.

I am getting over it now. It was my 1st time. I did the warm compresses, massage and did not chew on that side for a few days. I did go to the doctor but was told to continue what your doing. If it becomes red or inflamed, The would give me an antibiotic. The massage seemed to work the best. Like you said, "so annoying".

Hi Samantha, I have the same disorder but rather than Lupus I have MS. In addition I have an inoperable cancerous brain tumour (causing several daily seizures - the worst), and several other smaller conditions. Not sure if u had the COVID vaccine though my autoimmune HA, started shortly after the vaccine (though there is no point in complaining about that - although I'm pretty sure that was the cause for me - was having monthly blood tests up until then). I had to go to the hospital for 10 days right in the middle of the covid breakout and my hemoglobin was down to 60 also. They tried a transfusion of a compatible blood type (1/2 as much as they were initially thinking and my immune system gobbled it up like sharks eating chub in the water). Super high doses of prednisone was only thing that worked. Stayed on them for almost 2 years. I was wondering if FMT (fecal matter transplant) might help us.

I was just diagnosed with hemolytic autoimmune enema in April. Went on with my hemoglobin level of 4.2. I did the whole prednisone and stepped down until I wasn't taking it anymore and then I got sick with covid and went right back into another flare. Just got out of the hospital 2 days ago. After another 4-day stay. I think the worst part is not knowing why.

I took prednisone back in 2013 and it messed me up so bad. It inflamed all the nerves in my head and face and has made me have on and off dizziness ever since, it also gave my headaches for days and shot my BP up to astronomical numbers. I have been on carbamazepine ever since, I have been to at least 7 doctors and no one has ever even heard of this before.
